Terms and conditions

1. All possible care is taken in during the pleating process, but some fabrics may discolour or shrink. This is not something we can control and therefore cannot take any responsibility.

2. On occasion we may take photos of pleated fabric for use in our social media marketing. If you would prefer us not to then let us know.

3. For a same day service, the fabric must arrive in the factory before 10 am. We open at 7:30 am. If it arrives after 10 am we will have the order ready the following day by 3pm. For large orders is may take longer to process so please contact us beforehand.

4. For production orders you must first complete a approve a pre-production sample. Failure to do so will limit our liability. This sample must be in the exact same fabric and finish.

5. Pleating is an artisan hand craft and as such irregularities within the pleat may occur. We will endeavour to keep these to a minimum.

6. If the pleating is not paid for within one month of completion, we reserve the right to resell your fabric to recoup the costs of the pleating.

7. We strongly advise that all pleating is unpacked and checked immediately. We always endeavour to complete your order correctly and to your satisfaction. If there is an error or defect, then please contact us within three days of receipt.

8. No liability can be accepted for the loss of your fabric during transit. This loss must be taken up with the courier company. If you require insurance, then please let us know before we ship your order.
