We do not stock or supply fabric. You will need to source any fabric that we pleat.
To place an order send us your fabric together with a copy of a completed order form which can be downloaded here. If Sending by Royal Mail please make sure you use the special delivery service. Normal service arrives after we close and you will therefore have a delayed service.

Our normal service takes around a week. Our express service takes 1 day regarding it is with us before 10:00 am. If it is after 10:00 am we would do it the following working day. This is a 50% surcharge and our minimum order for express is 3 meters. If it arrives after 10am and you need it the same day then speak to a member of staff to see what is possible.
We may need to speak to you before we start your pleating. We have lots of customers who ignore our phone call as they don’t know it’s us calling them.

Once the order is processed we will email you the invoice. You will be able to pay via a link on the email or you can phone us and we will take payment over the phone.
We can either send the fabric back to you via a next day courier or you can arrange for it to be picked up.
